Previously she held the position of Director of HSEEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Energy and Quality) at Dolphin Drilling.
Marianne has held several management positions within HSEQ in Odfjell Drilling and Songa Offshore, where also Compliance management and AoC processes on sites in China, South-Korea and Norway has been part of management roles.
Follow up of projects and 3rd parties has been an important part of the management.
Marianne has developed several Company management systems into process oriented and digital processes, and she has over 25 years experience in the global offshore business.
