Rune has worked in the offshore & shipping industry for the last 30 years. He has extensive experience with HR/QHSE from offshore/shipping companies operating internationally, this includes North Sea Shipping, Bergen Group & MacGregor/TTS. Among other positions he served 6 years as VPHR in Bergen Group ASA.
Arnøy is responsible for strategic and operational aspects related to HR in Island Drilling. He joined Island Drilling this year to strengthen the company’s Human Resource Management. Served as GDPR responsible for other companies.
ISM course certified by DNV, ISPS auditor course.
Implemented ISM/ISPS management systems on several offshore ships/units.
Kjetil has 28 years’ experience with a demonstrated history from offshore E&P, oil services, rig, and offshore operations as well as financial and corporate activity. Strong business development professional. Team player with high work capacity.
Previous roles include COO in E&P company Petrolia NOCO AS, Managing Director of Petrolia SE, EVP of Bergen Group’s offshore division, and Operations Director for Odfjell Drilling. Experienced board director in the oil industry.
Degree in management from BI (Norwegian Business School) and business economist from NHH, (Norwegian School of Economics).
