Island Innovator Commences Three Year PP&A Contract for Equinor
Island Drilling Company is pleased to announce that the Island Innovator has officially commenced operations under a three year Permanent Plug & Abandonment (PP&A) contract for Equinor on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. This marks an important milestone in our collaboration with Equinor and represents a significant step forward in our continued focus on high quality, efficient, and safe PP&A operations.

3rd OPTION EXERCISED BY TRIDENT ENERGY
Trident Energy has exercised one more option with Island Innovator. This is the third option being exercised and this option adds another 40 days to the contracted work. This optional work is on behalf of another operator in Equatorial Guinea.

Trident Energy has exercised two options with Island Innovator. The two options add another 85 days to the contracted work. The optional work is for development drilling and workover in Equatorial Guinea.

Island Drilling Company has temporarily left Mauritania and Tullow Oils to sail to Hanøytangen, Norway to prepare for our next contract with Dana Petroleum in the UK.

Petrofac has exercised its contracted rig hire option on one (1) further well as Well Management Contractor for the Tullow P&A campaign on PSC-A Banda and PSC-B Tiof Wells offshore Mauritania. The total work is now for five (5) well re-entries.
